HintoGifts sells downloadable digital PDF guides. There are no physical items to return, but customers may have statutory cancellation and refund rights.
14-day withdrawal rights for eligible purchases
Under applicable Swedish and EU consumer rules, consumers purchasing online generally have 14 days in which to exercise a right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right can be lost after digital performance has begun only where the legal conditions are met. These generally include the customer's express advance consent for performance to begin within the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and required contract confirmation. A purchase, a notice on this page or the arrival of an automatic email alone does not establish that a consumer has waived that right. Where the legal conditions for loss of withdrawal have not been met, an applicable withdrawal right remains in force.
Missing, defective or incorrect files
If you do not receive your download email, the link does not work, the file cannot be opened, or the content is materially different from what was advertised, contact us. We will investigate and seek to provide a working file, repair or replacement, price reduction or refund as required under applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Email jetsadapanyaros@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please describe a delivery or quality problem when relevant. You do not need to provide a reason when exercising a no-reason withdrawal right that applies by law. We will review your request in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and advise the next steps.
Refund processing
When a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable law, ordinarily to the original payment method. When funds appear in your account depends partly on your bank or payment provider.
