1. About HintoGifts
Welcome to HintoGifts, an online store operated from Sweden at hintogifts.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our site and your purchases. Questions can be sent to jetsadapanyaros@gmail.com.
2. Digital products
We currently sell downloadable digital PDF gift guides, including a personality-inspired guide featuring gift ideas for him. Your purchase includes the digital file described on the product page, not any of the suggested physical gifts, products, events or experiences. The color styles are creative gift-shopping prompts rather than scientific or professional personality assessments.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Product descriptions, prices, currency, applicable taxes and the total amount payable are presented before purchase. Payment is processed using the payment options offered in Shopify checkout. Your order is accepted subject to successful payment and any lawful verification. You should receive confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.
4. Delivery and technology
These are digital purchases; no physical item is shipped. Following successful payment, a secure download of the purchased PDF is intended to be provided through our digital delivery provider, generally by a separate email. A download option may also be available on the Thank you or Order status page when enabled. You need an internet connection and a device with software capable of viewing standard PDF files. 5. Personal-use licence and intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the guide for personal, non-commercial purposes. The content may not be resold, redistributed publicly, or represented as your own, except where permitted by applicable law. Copyright and other rights are reserved to their owners.
6. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund and Withdrawal Policy explains cancellation and remedies. Applicable statutory consumer rights always take precedence over conflicting wording here. For paid digital content, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right requires fulfilment of all applicable legal conditions, including prior express consent to early performance, acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights and the legally required contract confirmation. Purchasing or receiving an email alone does not waive rights.
7. Content and external suggestions
We aim to describe our guides accurately, but gift ideas, prices and availability of products or experiences offered by third parties can change. We do not provide or control those third-party purchases. This does not affect any statutory rights if the guide itself is defective or not as described.
8. Website use
Do not misuse our site, interfere with its operation or circumvent its security. Some parts of the ordering and payment experience are provided by Shopify and other providers under their own applicable terms.

10. Governing law and disputes
Applicable Swedish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the laws applicable in their place of residence. If you have a concern, please contact us first.
