Digital files only — nothing is shipped

All products currently offered by HintoGifts are digital PDF guides. They are delivered online, with no physical parcel or shipping fee. The gift products and experiences mentioned in our guides are suggestions and are not included in the purchase.

How to get your download

After a successful payment, your PDF is intended to be made available by our Shopify digital-download system. The delivery email containing your secure download link may be separate from your order confirmation. Where the relevant feature is enabled, a download link may also appear on your Thank you or Order status page.

When to expect it

Digital delivery is generally intended to happen shortly after payment confirmation. Occasionally email filtering, payment verification or a technical issue may cause a delay. Check your inbox, junk/spam and promotions folders before contacting us. Please avoid placing a duplicate order while waiting.

What you need

The Color Gift Guide is supplied as an English-language PDF. You need a compatible phone, tablet or computer, internet access to retrieve the download, and a PDF viewer. No physical products are supplied.

Download not working?

If you used the wrong email address, cannot find the delivery email, cannot open the link or file, or need other help, email contact@hintogifts.com and include your order number. We will investigate and help you access the content. See also our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
